Refunds can be requested for anything you bought in our store, although there are certain criteria that must be met for us to grant the refund.
Firstly, we can only refund purchases made via our webshop or the Google Play Store. If your request relates to a purchase made in the iOS App Store, you will need to contact Apple’s support department, as we are unable to access your Apple account or purchases made via this platform.
Next, the request must be made within fourteen days of the purchase, and the purchased contents must not have been used. If you have bought Gold, for example, and spent it, then the refund cannot be granted. A disclaimer is shown at the checkout page to confirm that you will waive your right to withdrawal when completing the purchase, as the contents are provided instantly.
Finally, please be aware that purchases made on your account or device are your responsibility - we would encourage you not to share your account or device with other users, in order to prevent unauthorised purchases or similar.
An exception would be in the case of friendly fraud, if an account is created without your knowledge by someone you know - such as a relative - who has used your payment information without permission. In these cases, refunds can be provided, but the account will be permanently suspended.
