If you have completed a purchase, but the contents have not arrived in your account, you may need to reach out to our Support team for assistance.
Before you do so, however, please check the following:
For Steam purchases, please make sure you launch the game via Steam after completing the purchase. Steam content will only arrive when the game is launched from the Steam platform, and so it will not be visible on other platforms until then.
For Google Play or App Store purchases, please check the respective account’s order history to ensure that the purchase is not ‘Pending.’ Only once the purchase has been completed will the contents arrive in your account.
If everything seems to have worked correctly - with the exception of the arrival of your purchase - please reach out to our Support team, and have your receipt ready, so that we can assist.
