In order to report another player for abusive conduct or cheating, please open the Support chat and select the ‘Report a Player’ option. Please ensure that you select the option that matches the most severe activity you would like to report - so, for example, if a player has written racial slurs, please report this as Hate Speech, rather than profanity.

Please provide as much contextual information as you can to help our staff track down the incident in question.

Please also refrain from reporting other players for ingame betrayal, invasions or other breakdowns of diplomacy. It is not a violation of our Terms of Service to betray an ally or to invade an unsuspecting nation.
